The Unit Breed - 1996-Present
With odd, loud, disturbing rythems and a never ending mess of members, albums and tours I keep this as my primary project. Click image to view albums and download some songs!

Aisles - 2007
Contoured beats and melodies that build and teeter totter up flights of stairs. Here I had the pleasure of singing with some incredible musicians and falling short on enough time to add much more than a shouting flailing body. This band is still playing as a three piece without vocals.

The Pink Snowflakes - 2005
Psychedelic rockers into Psychedelic Rock! Heavy early Flaming Lips sound with smashing drums and sing song melodies. Let's not forget all the equipment, flashing TV, and more pedals than you could shake a stick at.

 |
Sparkle Pony and the Fluffy Clouds - 2004
With one bass powered by twelve 10s and one 15 plus a minimaly large drum set this two piece was freakin loud while playing pansy ass girly songs.... download some songs!

Emo Summer - 1997 - 2001
4000 tracks of showering goodness. Emo Summer wants you to know that 1995 was a magical year, never to be forgotten. The emo revival is already passe, but Emo Summer lives on for eternity, in a neverending loop of the Cupertino Library. This is probably the best album ever released. Download it now!

The Destroyers of Catan- 2001
This band had huge plans to release an album that included the Destroyers of Catan expansion pack full of dastardly maniacal action cards and a new aid to the robber and pirate ship. Due to band arguments while playing Catan several bricks and a chair were thrown into a tree and then at the xylophone player resulting in a month long hospital stay, severe amnesia and brain damage. Our label dropped the album and kept all rights to the expansion pack.

Chu Chi Nut Nut and the Pine Cone Express - 2001
With three shows under their underpants, and an ever-revolving cast of characters and fiendish plots that never made it past concept, this short-lived project took a nose dive into an empty public pool with this behemoth of an album. Out of print, but feel free to download the full album.

The Abominable Snowband - 1996 - 2000
Parental Warning: Only for sale to those under 11 years old! This group took the schools by storm, littering them with pie, balloons, stuffed animals, paper bags and busted juvenile eardrums. Many punk bands claim they are doing it for the kids, but only the Abominable Snowband truly fulfill that pledge, performing only at elementary schools, day care centers and summer camps. The band was adamant about only distributing its music for free to pre-teens, corrrupting the youth at an early age, while dishing out healthy moral lessons about the pitfalls of unneccesary swearing, vegetable consumption, pie tasting and excessive timeout sessions. The Snowband refuses to sell you an album if you are over 12 years old, but the nature of the internet allows plenty of possibilities for deceit, such as a fully-downloadable album. Crikey!

Your Mother - 1990 - 2000
Silly, goofy, not so funny, kind of boring, corny songs about farting, masturbating, and Craigs ex girlfriend who is now Alans fiancee! Toured all over US plus Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, Israeli and Canada. Probably the funnest time I've ever had.
|
 |
State Fair Apocalypse - 1999
Loud heavy rock with jumbled guitars. I played a few shows, lost interest and they kept it up for another year. All the members are good friends I grew up with and would love to see again soon.

 |
Ringwurm - 1993-1999
This hurts. Did we mention there was a cop in this band? Back before stoner-rock was hip-ass shit, Ringwurm was partaking of way too many drugs, passing out parking tickets, and sludging their way through a mystic river of toxic chocolate syrup. File under Eye Hate God, Sleep, ad nauseum.

 |
Jackalope - 1998
With recording gear and time on my hands I went to work and learned how to make music with as few people as possible.
|
 |
Happy About Everything - 1997
Loud, fun and crazy rock. With songs about Alans Uncle, Cowgirls, death rock, and malt liquore there was reason enough to be friends and play music.
|
 |
Zero My Hero - 1994
Joe Clark helped me record a few songs I had stuck in my head. This would be the first time I would try to record most tracks by myself. It was lots of fun and pointed me in the direction of saving up for my own recording gear.

Half Bastard - 1994
Almost all our songs that weren't covers had something to do with Brian Snaps ex-girlfriend Brandi. Good thing music is such a great outlet for yelling at the world. I really had fun playing in this band and helping Brian get his dirt out. Hell yea, that's what friends are for!

 |
Lemming - 1993-1994
This is what you get when you mix a metal hippie chick, a sharp skinhead, and a straight edge dictator who believes in nonbelief. So we all played eachothers songs and learned how to compromise under social, philosphical and political differences.
|
 |
Stag - 1993 - 1994
This sounded like a band that didn't know how to play there instruments and really liked Operation Ivy and Chrimpshrine. But damn was it fun to learn how to play the drums and get in fights with super punks!
|
 |
Flying Dead Skin - 1988-1993
My first band! We played all sorts of bad rock clubs with plenty of funk metal bands in the bay area. It was tons of fun and sometimes way to serious.
